Previous doctors at a different clinic sent me here after sending me home with no splint for my fractured thumb/hand and little information. I Showed up to this place for this second appointment 10 minutes before, so I waited with little to no update from staff for 50 minutes total until I was finally called to be seen. Ludicrous. I was sent here by Peace Health to have my hand double checked because of a tiny tiny fracture. I probably shouldn't have even showed up to this place because of what a waste of time it was... Didn't even have a machine to view my x-ray, just printed out a blurry piece of paper, the doc. spent about 10 minutes total with that pretty much saying she'd need a better image or the originals to provide any real input but that everything was fine. So pretty much my other Doctor sent me here for no reason, these people gladly accepted that appointment for no reason because nothing at all alarmed the doctor about this tiny tiny tiny fracture and this doctor (just like the other) sent me home with NO splint. So.. Back to my Haagen Daz stick splint to make sure my bones in my had healed right. NICE Staff... But I felt like nobody actually helped me and the service was poor except for the doctor. I'm upset I have to pay hundreds of dollars for appointments where nothing was even provided. Not cool
