The nicest staff and Dr. Sarah McMillan is the best! I went in disliking my breast implants that I had done 10 years ago with another doctor. When I first went to see Dr. McMillan I told her how I felt about my implants and to my surprise she said, lets take them out. I didnt think that was even an option, because I thought they would look horrible and deflated. She reassured me that they wouldnt and I trusted her, so I scheduled my surgery. During the time between my consultation with her and the surgery I had days when I was nervous and unsure, but the day came and I had my surgery. Now I am 2 months post-op and I can say without a doubt that it was the absolute best decision I have ever made! The surgery went so smooth, the pain was very minimal and my breasts are amazing, I love them! Explant surgery has changed my life both physically and emotionally. Thank you so much Dr. McMillan and staff, you truly are the best!!!

My experience was extremely comfortable. In fact, my only complaint is that Dr. MacMillan cant be my regular doctor! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had as quickly as possible. I had to travel 2 and 1/2 hours for my surgery and all the pre and post op appointments, but do not regret it for a second as they were so accommodating. I look great, but but more importantly, I feel fantastic!

The staff is incredibly patient and friendly. They helped keep me at ease during the whole process. Dr. McMillan was wonderful to work with and very realistic with what could be done after 2 pregnancies (both 60+ pound weight gains and loss) and long term breastfeeding. Dr. McMillan is incredibly cautious and thorough- especially when it came to my MS and making sure my neurologist was informed and agreed that the procedure wouldnt be a problem for my health. Im about 5 months post op. Love my results! Havent had a single issue.

Over the past couple of years I have visited Yarrow Bay for both facials and peels. Every time I have visited my experience has been more than pleasurable. Beginning with the front desk staff, they are always so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Then to the actual treatment, Yaicha has preformed all of my facials and peels and I couldn't be happier with the treatments. She is so sweet and always makes me feel so comfortable. My hairdresser referred me to Diane Oakley for a first-time IPL treatment. I was not sure what to expect - both from the overall experience as well as the results - but could not have expected the fabulous results that were achieved from just one session. Diane was personable, friendly and put me right at ease, making me feel like I was a regular on her table. She explained the process as she went along. As a result of Diane's treatment, my face is glowing, my coworkers (I work in IT so discussing beauty is not common) have been complementing me on my skin and asking what I have done differently. If I were to explain the results, Diane diminished major sun spots, cleared some red patches/scars and smoothed out the massive amounts of freckles on my chest. I am amazed that one, painless treatment could yield such noticeable results - all at very reasonable prices. The front desk is always friendly in person and over the phone and very helpful in scheduling. I had severe neck and shoulder pain over a two year period due to a car accident and carrying heavy items over a three week period of time. Physical therapy did not help. I did not want to go on pain medication and muscle relaxants indefinitely. As a last resort, my primary care provider suggested that perhaps a breast reduction might help. I went to see Dr McMillan and had the procedure. Within a week or two the neck and shoulder pain was gone. An added benefit was that my breasts also looked great. I recently had my yearly mammogram done and the technician commented that my breasts looked outstanding. She said that sees many post op results of breast surgeries and that mine was among, if not the best, she has seen in her many years of doing mammograms. She went on to ask for the name of the doctor who had performed the surgery so she could pass on her name to patients who want a reduction, enhancement or other breast related surgery. Dr McMillian is an outstanding and caring surgeon. Her office staff and nurses were professional, precise, took very good care of me, answered all questions and made sure my pre and post op experience was flawless. I am a registered nurse and know when I am in the presence of a good/excellent surgeon and nursing care. And I can, without hesitation, say I had the very best.

I have been going to this office for a few years now, to see their nurse injector, Kari. I drive up from Federal Way, because theres no one I would trust more when it comes to my face. She does my Botox and lip filler, and she does wonderful things with them! Shes great at explaining things before the treatment, and does an excellent job of not over doing things- my lips look natural and not over filled, and my face has never looked over done with Botox. She takes her time with things, and makes sure to get things done just right. I highly, highly recommend going to see her!

Ive struggled with acne, large pores and dark spots for years. My friend suggested I see Diane, who treated her skin post partum, and raved about her. I loved the office immediately. After a consult, Diane determined Id be the perfect candidate for microneedling. I was fortunate to be chosen as her model for the new Skin Pen. Diane was the most thorough, and knowledgeable Esthetician Ive ever been to, and Ive tried many over the years. I was blown away by the quality of care I received during the treatment and after. Diane consistently checked in with me, and advised me on post care. I purchased Skin Better Science hydration cream and a Cleanser I love. After a couple days of redness, my skin began to change. 1 week later my skin was glowing, my pores were smaller and the overall texture was amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Diane Oakley, Yarrow's aesthetician when she walked into my job. Funny enough that morning I was researching 'how to treat melasma' and had written down some notes. Randomly we started talking about skincare and she suggested I try microneedling. Long story short I visited their office the following week and I can't begin to tell how happy I am. Diane is professional, super knowledgable, and personable. She suggested a few other things I could do to help my melasma and I felt I had finally found someone who I could trust with my skin. Overall the microneedling left me with smaller pores, plump skin, and a youthful glow. I would definitely recommend Diane and Yarrow Bay to all my friends. Going to a doctors office can be uncomfortable at times, but Dr. McMillan and her staff do an amazing job at making the environment relaxing when I'm there. Everything about the experience has been awesome from the moment I walked through the door. Yaicha has done an excellent job at removing my unsightly back hair (who knew the hair on my head would thin and regrow on my back) and my tattoo....I was 19, super drunk, and in Hong Kong long story but now I'm stuck with this thing. My irresponsibility has left me with the decision to cover it with another tattoo or have it removed. I chose to have it removed. Yaicha does a really good job at explaining the removal process and is really good at what she does.
