There are many fake good reviews, fake accounts created, i had surgery done here twice and the experience is very bad, my previous entered reviews are deleted it seems. Do not go here for a BBL waist of money and time,You will not get the result you expect, they will tell you things that you want to hear, but after surgery you will realize it was not what you had discussed with the doctor.I had done a bad research i think before going here, but to all the girls, please safe your money and do a better research to find a better provider that will get you a better result.

Look no further and just go with Dr. C! My wife and I searched all over the DMV and after research, reviews and a consultation, we felt extremely comfortable with choosing them. The team here explained everything in detail every step along the way including Dr. C on the day of surgery. The post op follow up was even better. My wife is very pleased and extremely happy!

I had a breast lift and augmentation with Bella cosmetics in August of 2018, and let me start by saying I enjoyed my experience with all of the staff including the doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist, and front desk receptionist because everyone made me feel at home and made every step of the process easy to understand which was exactly what I wanted. I was so excited to boost my self esteem because after having two kids my breast were just not at all where I wanted them to be. After doing a ton of research and looking at all the before and after photos of the plastic surgeons in the area Bellas photos where exactly what I was looking for. Ive waited a year to write a review because I wanted to give my scars time to heal, and I was hoping for them to get better and make it where I wasnt so disappointed. If Im being honest if I could choose a doctor based off overall experience Bella Cosmetics would be at the top of the list, but if I had to choose based off of overall outcome I dont think I would choose them again. I feel just as self conscious about my breast as when I started this journey a year ago.

Stay away from Ashley (the nurse practitioner). Her work was totally a nightmare to me. She ruined my skin with a chemical peel and dropped my face with a wrong Botox, and Bella Cosmetic surgery only defended her by giving me pointless and baseless explanations like it might be due to salt intake instead of fixing the problem. So why did it never happen before her nightmare procedures? Ive never had Botox in my life before this and Im scared of Botox for life because of this creepy experience. Ruined my cheeks, my under eyes, my contour, and my jawline. Basically dropped my whole face by paralyzing a wrong muscle with Botox. The nightmare chemical peel gave me large pores all over my face, uneven skin tone, and loose skin at the age of 21. She didnt explain any consequences of these procedures to me. In fact, she was the one who insisted me to get a chemical peel as well. Im the person who used to get compliments about my jawline, facial structure, contour, and skin quality about 1.5 month ago before these nightmare procedures. A huge disappointment and an extremely horrible experience. I have discussed this issue with a few other board certified palstic surgeons and and board certified dermatologist as well, and they agree with me. Its costing me a lot more money to get this issue fixed than whatever I spent on those nightmare procedures by Ashley, and Im still not even close to my original face which was 1000 times better than it is now. Ruined my whole face in just 1.5 month. Oh and then they ignore your emails too. Even my friends and family are pointing the issues out on my face when I see them. Not gonna mention the psychological and emotional damage that it has caused to me. It has literally affected my career, my personal life, and my social life. People pay to look good and I paid to look worse than I could ever look.

In searching for a doctor to perform my breast augmentation, I came upon Bella Cosmetics through a google search for plastic surgeons in Maryland. I corresponded with Denise, the coordinator for Dr. Chiaramonte. She was always very friendly, professional and helpful, and the rest of the staff were very amiable and welcoming. During my first (and second, and third) meeting with Dr. Chiaramonte he was very informative, patient and understanding. It is great that he takes the time out of his busy schedule to sit down for complimentary consultations.Although I ultimately decided against the surgery (for the time being), I had a great experience with Dr. Chiaramonte, as well as the staff at Bella Cosmetics. Would recommend to anyone!

I requested a consultation on Sunday, March 6th, 2016 for Dr. Chiaramonte via RealSelf. I was informed I would receive a follow-up in 48 hours....crickets...it is now Friday, March 11th. RealSelf emailed me a survey on Wednesday, March 9th, asking had I heard from the business and my experience....I was very honest. I am very keen on customer service and standing by one's word, as everyone's time, including mine, is very limited and precious. Even if the doctor is busy, which I'm sure he is, his payrolled staff members can call or email with some sort of update or acknowledgement. And it's probably sad that this review will garner a post-action response from the business.....after the fact.

I did my research for months. I read all the scary things online. The minute that I met Dr. Chiaramonte I knew that God sent me the right doctor. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and I have had no surprises. Dr. Chiaramonte and his staff were very informative and much to my surprise everything that was promised was delivered and much more.....Prior to and following my surgery I have called and asked so many questions that were always answered with enthusiasm, professionalism, and accuracy of information. In reference to my results, even though I am only 3 weeks out, I look amazing!!!! Each week I look better and better.
