I had doctor Dr Aflaki do my nose surgery about a year ago. He did a okay job straightening my nose. I asked him to make it smaller anyway he could over and over. I paid him over $8000.00 dollars. I came back for follow ups and Dr Aflaki keep saying it was swollen and to give it time. So we battled back and fourth for another year. Not only was it not smaller as I requested many times. It was still not straight. I really didnt want to go through all the pain again. I was willing to do that if he was able to straiten my nose and make a little smaller. He kept saying do you remember Michael Jacksons nose? He said if your not happy he would do another surgery for free. Well I had to pay another $475.00 for anesthesia. The surgery was the worse pain I ever went through in my life. I told him the day of the surgery I dont want to go through this again. Please make my nose straight and smaller any way you can. He came back in room with a paper for me to sign that he is not going to guarantee anything. I signed the paper with my real signature. he said thats not your signature. I said check it with my papers. He said get out Im not doing the surgery. I just want anyone to know that wants to get nose surgery from him. Do not do it!!!!!!!

had a breast life, breast augmentation and tummy tuck performed on 2/12/20. I could not be happier with my results and overall experience, not only with Dr. Aflaki but the entire medical and office staff. In addition to the actual results, Dr. Aflaki and staff have a wonderful bedside manner. The professional and compassion they showed me was the same from beginning to end (including weeks post-op). Posting this review for Kathy Winston. I had a Lumpectomy in 2011 which left me with issues from Left to right. I contacted Dr. Aflaki's office and they set up the correct procedure for me and my needs. Let me tell you that the level of detail I received was great. I had no concerns during the procedure and have not had any issues after. I would recommend Dr. Aflaki to anyone in need of reconstructive surgery.

PSSF is a top notch facility. Both Dr. Aflaki and Dr. Bautista and their staff are outstanding. I received services from these two doctors and they were thorough in their consultations, provided all of the necessary research information for me prior to the services and encouraged me to ask questions if there was anything that I did not understand. My concerns were taken seriously and both doctors were realistic in their answers as to what results I might expect after the procedures. Dr. Aflaki, his office, and his staff were all great. I traveled from out of town to see Dr. Alfaki on a recommendation from a professional in the plastic surgery field. The office is inviting and gives off a sense of luxury and professionalism. Every staff member I met was friendly and polite. I never waited for more than 15 minutes to see the Dr. for any scheduled appointment, and the office always worked to get appointments that fit my schedule, even when I had to call and change last minute. Dr. Aflaki himself was very personable. He sat with me, reviewed pictures (both from his own collection and ones that I had brought from my research), he answered all questions, offered guidance, and never rushed me through an appointment. I had surgery at their in office surgery suite and it was a positive, comfortable, and simple experience. Some people say their surgeons were very attentive until after they payed the bill, but this was not the case at this office. Dr. Aflaki seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted as a patient pre-operatively, and how I satisfied I was post-operatively. I had multiple post op appointments, and they were all personalized to me. I never had an appointment where Dr. Alfaki walked in, said 'It all looks good' and walked out. He always asked me how I felt, what I was thinking, listened to me, and responded specifically to my questions. I am greatly pleased with my experience. I have already referred friends to Dr. Alfaki, and I am so happy he rejuvenated my post baby body!!

I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Aflaki on 9/18/19 and I am beyond thrilled with the results. This was my third BA as I was not satisfied with the past results or surgeons. I went into the consult sceptical due to my past experiences and within minutes I knew I had found my surgeon. His demeanor is very genuine, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He pointed out how my pockets were not extended out far enough which was something the two previous surgeons had overlooked. I felt so confident in his ability to help me achieve my desired results I scheduled my surgery immediately after the consult for two weeks later and his office staff was able to work with my tight schedule to get me in later the same day for my pre-op appointment. On the day of my surgery I was impressed again with his surgical staff as everyone had such a great energy about them and everything went flawlessly. If you are looking for best plastic surgeon, look no further. Dr aflaki not only has a great deal of expertise in plastic surgery and knows his stuff, he also has great compassion for his patients. When my son required his surgical skills after he fell from his bike, Dr. Aflaki took time out of his personal time and drove almost 2 hours each way to get to his clinic immediately and did a great job to take care of him and by the time he was done , it was almost midnight , considering his busy schedule the next day but he didn't care at all except taking care of his patient. Overall he made the whole experiencefor my 7 years old son so pleasant and fun and I am so grateful for his sense of responsibility, professionalism and of course his skills. Thank you Dr. Aflaki.

Dr. Aflaki is by far the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I wish there were a hundred stars for Dr. Aflaki and his staff. Best outcome as far as Botox and filler injections I've experienced. I've had Botox and fillers done in McLean, VA and didn't receive as noticeable outcome as I have from Dr. Aflaki. Being of middle eastern descent, I had what people would call an Arab nose. I hated it. I tried my best to accept it, however I just couldnt. Aside from that, I had a horribly deviated septum, as well as a shattered nasal bone. Rewind to summer 2018. I underwent what I assumed was a septoplasty by a surgeon overseas. My septum was never touched or removed, and frankly I am still unaware what was done on my nose. The beginning of this year, I was referred to Dr. Aflaki by my friend who had a rhinoplasty done by him. I immediately researched his work and took a good hard look at his IG posts. At my consultation, Dr.Aflaki knew exactly the work that my nose required. Going into surgery (March 2019), I was in low spirits and was slightly nervous about surgery, because I was very anxious. However, my experience from start to end was absolutely phenomenal, by Dr. Aflaki and his staff. They were all very genuine and kind, and I felt very well taken care of as patient. I cant even say that I had any negative experiences at all. I am beyond in love with my nose and have been so much more confident with taking pictures. Aside from that, my breathing has improved drastically. Dr. Aflakis work was brilliant as much as it was artistic. He is truly talented! I am especially happy with the fact that my nose still looks very ethnic and not plastic AT ALL. I always hated taking selfies, but now I dont stop and I love it! If you are considering getting a rhinoplasty, Dr. Aflaki will hook you up!

From the moment I met Dr.Aflaki, he was absolutely incredible. I had a previous botched septorhinoplasty w/another doctor (if I can even call him that he was absolutely awful) and was left with severe polybeak deformity (VERY severe, among other complications) which Dr. Aflaki diagnosed immediately. Dr. Aflaki was quite literally my last hope at fixing my nose and regaining my confidence and sense of self. He was PHENOMENAL!! I am eternally grateful for his skill, his kindness, his care, and his patience. Due to my previous botch I was SO scared and had multiple consultations and he was equally as patient and honest about what he needed to do to get the results and what I could expect. I was a significantly tougher case than a normal rhinoplasty and I firmly believe only he could have made my nose look the way it looks today. It is PERFECT!!! Its BEAUTIFUL!! After having a mastectomy Dr. Aflaki did reconstructive surgery on that breast and then corrective surgery on the other breast over a period of four months. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Aflaki on a few procedures. He always makes me feel extra safe in they way he explains things and reviews options. On my latest request the reconstruction was due to pain. Not only did he inform me my insurance may pay for the procedure, he got approval from Tricare in less than 2 weeks! You will never know how excited I was how he got my procedure done so quick. From office consultation, insurance approval to actual procure, it took less than 21 day!I still have some swelling and bruising but I can already tell my results exceed my expectations. I am so happy with Dr. Aflakis work. I highly recommend him.

After finally getting back in the groove of working out again I decided to have a mommy make over (tummy tuck, lipo, and a Breast lift). After having 3 c-sections and Breast feeding 3 kids, the body just goes through a beating and all the working out in the world was not going to fix the issues I had with body. I went to Dr. Aflaki because a friend recommended him after having some work done by him also. I was seen and had my procedures all within two weeks, my recovery was easier than I expected, except for the one drain that kept pulling but other than that I took the pain meds for 2 days and I was good after that. Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg has amazing doctors and a great staff to support them. Im 6 weeks out and my results are amazing, Im so glad I decided not to wait. Im going to look great for my upcoming birthday cruise in Dec!
