Had a consultation with Dr. Levy and (to my surprise) after examining me and discussing what I wanted he informed me that my blemish already looked like the best-case outcome for the various treatments I was considering, and that he would not recommend that I undergo any treatments at that time.It's rare to encounter a doctor with an opportunity to get money out of you by recommending medical procedures who will instead tell you you're fine and don't need any. I can't speak to the outcomes of his treatments, but I think that that willingness to say 'no, you're already fine' alone makes him worth considering.

I was in today for a hydrafacial with Jodeena. This was my first ever hydrafacial experience and I am glad I found Jodeena! I went in hoping she could recommend me a new skincare regime for my current skin issues (acne, hyperpigmentation, dryness, sensitivity). For the first 10 minutes, we talked about my current skincare routines and what she knows of the products that I use. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She carefully evaluated my skin and made some recommendations.The facial itself was also very nice. She let me know before prior to putting products and tools on my face and would always ask me how it felt. It was a little tingly, but that was to be expected. When we finished the facial, my skin didn't feel oily like most other facials I've had. I just got out of the shower and it still feels great!The waiting was also very pleasant. As I walked in, they were playing one of my favorite Cannon in D!! I instantly fell in love. I'll definitely be going back :)

Beyond impressed. We know many people in this industry and spent considerable time interviewing before scheduling with Dr Ridgway. The appt required some time to get in and included consultation for upper and lower blepharoplasty. Price was not a primary consideration, just safety and results. The best outcome for my face and eyes were important enough to search for the most talented, trustworthy and accredited doctor on the West Coast. Of course the appt day arrives when I'm swamped at work, running late and show up to the office a bit irritable. By this time I thought my surgeon was already picked out (consultation with a different doc) and almost walked out of the consulting room in the 5 short minutes before Dr Ridgway walked in. I was basically looking for a reason to leave and instead it was the best appt I could have hoped for.It was quickly clear that he is in a completely different class from anyone else I had met with. He patiently spent almost an hour answering every question and successfully encouraged me to reconsider the double bleph surgery with something more effective at a fraction of the price and recovery time. Also to utilize some filler in a way that no other doctor of injector had considered. My previous consultations with different doctors were more than eager to take my deposit - but the expensive surgery and long recovery time would NOT have actually fixed what I was looking for. Many more reasons to schedule a consult with Dr Ridgway - I'm sure glad I did.

When I first met with Dr. Min, it was to discuss my options for reconstructive breast surgery following a pending mastectomy. From the moment of my breast cancer diagnosis to that moment in his office, everything had been a blur of tests and scary news. I didn't have the luxury of taking time to make peace with the pending loss of a breast (which, in the end, was both breasts). Bottom line, I was an emotional hot mess when I walked in to his office. It took only moments to realize that I was in the exact right place. Every single member of his staff, from the front end reception to clinical nurses, are professional, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. No matter what state of mind or fear I was in, I never once felt patronized or judged. Any question or concern I had was addressed immediately. They go above and beyond to respond to calls and inquiries promptly and I've never had to wait more than a day to get an appointment, even at the last minute. Dr. Min is honest in managing expectations, thorough and never condescending in his explanations of the surgical procedure. A reconstruction is far different than an augmentation and I was terrified I'd never feel normal again and how my breasts would look. While helping me to understand the process, difficulties, and aesthetic differences, I still walked out with much more hope and confidence. For those choosing reconstruction at the same time as mastectomy surgery, he works closely with the oncology surgeon to ensure a smooth transition. The hardest moment for me was removing the bandages for the first time, I was fully visualizing a Frankenstein's monster situation. I'm grateful to have been wrong. Though not fun to look at, the incisions and stitches were very clean, straight, and done in a way to be eventually hidden beneath future breasts. I healed easily and the pain was manageable. One evening I had a concern about a possible slight infection in a drain. I left a message for a return call the next day. Dr. Min called me at home, that same evening, in less than an hour. He had already spoken with my oncology surgeon to make certain all was well on that side before calling me. I was, and still am, in awe at that level of care and responsiveness! Bottom line, I'm grateful to have Dr. Min and his unbelievably amazing staff in my corner. There is no one else I would recommend to anyone in my position or someone looking into cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Min and his staff were great through reconstruction for a double mastectomy. I always felt welcomed and taken care of. They handled all of our questions in a timely manner before and after surgery (and we had a lot). We heard great things about Dr. Min before surgery and we are impressed with his perfectionism and care! I'm ecstatic with the results they look even better than prior to surgery!

10 stars would not be enough to describe how wonderful Dr. Min and everyone at Newvue Plastic Surgery are. Dr. Min performed my reconstruction following a double mastectomy last March. He and his staff are so compassionate and considerate. They made me feel very comfortable despite having to deal with such a traumatic diagnosis and having to go through several surgeries. He was always willing to take the time to discuss any questions or concerns and he was very informative about every procedure. I'm all done now and, honestly, the 'girls' look better than ever in clothes and even though I have scars, they have healed really nicely. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Min. I am so happy that I chose him to be my plastic surgeon.

I went in for the laser hair removal service. They have a swanky, high end, posh place that is peaceful, comfortable and private. Not having to shave saves me time, money and hassle, particularly since I travel. I would absolutely refer them. They have a whole bank of beauty care to help us reduce our aging.

Dr. Min was rated 2013 Top Docs and I would agree with that. You get what you pay for. Dr. Min and his staff are very friendly and professional. I drive 1 hour out of my way just so I can see the best, and yes Dr. Min is the best in this state.

I decided to have a breast reduction, after having DD's for about 10 years, I've had constant back and neck problems, and most recently lower back issues. I lost about 15 pounds and none of it from my chest. So I started doing some research, got referred to Dr. Min and couldn't be happier! I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a full C or a small C, and Dr. Min was very realistic in keeping me proportionate with my broad frame. So we ended up compromising in the middle, normal C it was!Dr. Min is genuinely interested in how you are doing, how you look and how you are feeling. I'm a little OCD and my right side being bigger after a few weeks of recovery was really getting to me, but be reassured he said that it's still swollen. Now about 2 months after surgery they are about equal. Women will always be bigger on one side than the other, and you may not notice it much when you have bigger breasts, so it was a huge shock to me to be able to visibly notice it. I couldn't be any happier, and my neck and back are feeling awesome! Thank you so much Dr. Min and your awesome staff(Susie & Susan), I know I was probably a pain but you guys were patient and understanding, with the insurance and the OCD!
