Ive searched for a new doc to get injectables with and after visiting 3 others for Botox even, I finally found a great doc that treated me like a person and not a dollar sign for one, and is very thorough and super friendly. Actually the entire staff are super friendly and very informative and helpful. Im not in Ohio all year and have a regular doc in another state, but when Im in Ohio I will ONLY see Dr DePerro and his staff. Great new office btw! Thanks to them again for a great experience once again.

Ive had three procedures done with Dr. DePerro and could not be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. All my questions were answered and I knew I was making the right decision to have surgery with Dr. DePerro. I live in Northern Kentucky, but my bariatric surgeon, Dr. Sonnanstine, recommended Dr. DePerro. I have logged a lot of hours in the car for office visits and the actual procedures themselves, but it has all been worth it. After suffering from constant pain across my shoulder blades, and tightness and pain in my shoulders and neck for a few years, two of my physicians agreed that a breast reduction would be beneficial. I was given a referral to see Dr. Depeero. Before making an appointment, I read his reviews and was happy to see how positive they were and went ahead with scheduling an apt. The staff were warm and friendly, as was Dr Depeero. He made me feel he genuinely wanted to help me. My only expectation after the surgery was getting rid of the pain that I had been in for so long. I never could have imagined that my pain would be relieved within 3 days after the surgery! I had no thoughts about what my breasts would look like after the surgery. They were large and extremely saggy. I have to say i wept when I first saw them. I didnt expect to be so emotional because as I stated before, the pain was my biggest concern. Thank you Dr. Depeero for not only the great care that you and your staff gave me thru my surgery and follow up visits, but for relieving my pain and giving me back some self confidence. Thats something I didnt even know I needed so badly!

Well the staff was super nice. The office had an old air about it and the toilet did not flush properly. Old fashioned paper towel dispenser that was basically empty. Old hand soap bottle that was not mounted. Not such a big deal but kind of low standard for a plastic surgeon. First out of the gate he commented how busy he was for the day and was making an effort to see me early.(I drove about 2 hours) and I saw no one in the waiting area when I arrived nor when I left and did not hear other people. Then he took a lot of time explaining basic plastic surgery procedures for panniculectomy. I did not agree with his views from what he showed me on my body and he basically said my insurance would not cover it but he could try to submit it. I declined his offer due to the facts that I was not weighed (-My insurance requires documented weight and maintenance) no one took any information of my primary care physician and she has all my medical documentation to prove medical necessity. Without that a denial would be the outcome. Even though my bariatric surgeon said other skin removal procedures had been covered by my insurance DePerro refused to submit for any other procedure to insurance and basically said if I decided on a panniculectomy I would be left with a ledge(muffin top and a large bulbous mons) My BMI is 21. I have no upper rolls to remove. As I left everyone dispersed and the entire office was empty. I waited by the desk and no one showed up so I left. And again for a 'busy' day there was nobody waiting. Also I felt he was a bit condescending and really focused on what my specific body image issues were since that was the first thing they asked 'what bothers you the most' they focused on that and how insurance wouldn't cover it. Like a psychological sales pitch.If it wasn't for my Facebook support panniculectomy group I may not have known what to look for as far as a plastic surgeon who works with insurance. I will continue my search to find one who has a different outlook on the procedure as many people in my group have discussed this exact issue. If you need insurance to cover skin removal after bariatric surgery I would not recommend this surgeon unless you are willing to add an out of pocket expense along with insurance.

Dr. DePerro and his entire staff are the most welcoming and kind people you could encounter. They always want to ensure your comfort and make sure you feel confident about what youre going to get done. Jessica, Kimberly and Cam are super sweet and are very efficient when I have questions. Even if they need to talk to Dr. DePerro or the surgery center, they always call back and follow through with what they say. Dr. DePerros experience and confidence made me feel extremely confident in him. I am bit of a worrier but he is so patient and understanding and takes the time to make sure that I am calmed down and feel better post-op. I felt super guilty calling him off hours but he didnt mind at all. I have multiple procedures I will need done after extreme weight loss and I plan on getting all of them with Dr. DePerro.

From consultation, to the surgery, and the care afterwards, Dr. DePerro and his staff are exceptional. They will show you before and after, and lastly will tell you if you would benefit from a certain procedure you were thinking about. I will always recommend them and will be going back for other surgical needs. Edit* Dr. DePerro deserves 100 stars, he showed me pics of his dogs. In fact, they should have pics of Walter and Lucy in the office.

I had a panni with Dr. Deperro In 2018. He is very down to earth, very informative and will take his time to make sure you understand everything. Because various csections my drain tubes were at my hips, I was really in a lot of pain from one of them and he met me at Riversides ER to take it out. I could have went to the ER and anyone could have taken it out, he cares about his patients and it shows. Really wanting to do a mommy makeover and Ill use him in the future. Highly recommended!

After surgery he makes himself available 24/7 if you have any concerns which takes some worry off. Update: Dr DePerro takes his patients satisfaction seriously. After writing this review he personally called me and spend over an hour helping to clarify the situation. A second call the following Monday he assured me he'd do everything in his power to rectify the situation and his financial manager was dismissed from his services. I commend him for not only being a good surgeon, but one who goes above and beyond to take care of his patients on all levels. Initial Review:I was referred to Dr DePerro from Dr. Shoemaker a surgeon. The surgery Dr. DePerro was to perform was to make my healing faster with no more complications from Dr Shoemaker surgery. The surgery went well except for drainage that continued for 6 months and now I have a large seroma that has developed. My problem is with the financial department. When I asked for a copy of the bill or a receipt that i paid out of my own pocket so that I could send to the insurance for reimbursement I was denied the copy. Initially she had said she faxed a copy to the Insurance so I waited for a month and called again. She again stated she had faxed the insurance a copy. After 2 more weeks I called the insurance company and they said they never received a bill. I called her yet a third time and she stated I'm sorry it must not have went through. Then she called and said she will send them a hard copy. The third time she called she said since it was already paid she couldn't bill the insurance company. So I asked for a copy of the bill or a receipt. It's then that she became beligerant and said no I cannot send you a copy of the bill and said I could sue them if I wanted! What! I just want a copy of a bill that I personally paid for. What is the problem with that? Another girl got on the phone and said she would see what she could do and would call me back the next day. It's been over a week since that conversation. I just wonder what kind of shady operation their financial department is running.

Drove 2 hours to riverside methodist. Dr deperro Repaired a muscle deep 26cmx8cm hole in my thigh that was left from being ran over by a truck and necrosis ensued..very direct and professional. would not hesitate to return to him for any future procedures that may be needed.

I highly recommend Dr. DePerro for Botox! It took me several years & lots of money lost trying to find a good results. I found the hard way that getting good deals does not mean good results. I finally researched plastic surgeons in the area & decided on this practice. His staff is very personable & they all take time to explain everything to you. Dr.Deperro is very professional & very talented at what he does. The Botox I got has been incredible & it looks natural. I plan on other procedures now I found someone I trust. Ill stick to the spas for facials & will leave injections to Dr.Deperro!
